Fiber opening machine

Description:

• The fiber opening machine is mainly used for opening conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that short than 100mm length.
• Automatic raw material feeding conveyer function is to send the material into the opening rollers automatically, so that assures the operators safety.
• There is a track device under the conveyer and fixed into the roller edge, so that the conveyer can be running in a straight way without deviation damage.
• The developed rollers are assembled with metallic V-wire that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% to 100% and not be damaged.
• High opening capacity that can be 150kg to 450kg per hour according to different machine model and the material
