Description:

Ÿ   The pre-opening machine is mainly used to open PSF fiber with lower opening rate that required by non-woven equipments.

Ÿ   The material application is 2 or 3 dimensional polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.

Ÿ   All the rollers are well-produced dynamic poise, so that there is no noise while the machine running.

Ÿ   The developed fiber openers are more stable quality and high capacity with computerized laser-cutting machine for the steel plates instead of welding style. So the machine is not easy to be transformed.
