Specification:

Ÿ   The whole line is assembled with an automatic bale opener which is developed recently; Fiber blower 3 way device; 2 sets of ball fiber machine; a fiber storage and automatic filling table.

Ÿ   The 2 sets of ball fiber machine is running all the same time to achieve enough capacity.

Ÿ   Put a whole bale raw material of fiber into the bale opener which will be transported to the ball fiber machines separately and automatically controlled by PLC control system.

Ÿ   The whole line can be handled by only one operator working at the filling tables.

Ÿ   First of all set up the producing time from the control screen according to the ball fiber size required; note that the longer time the smaller size.
